Mental Health Support Sefton
Mental Health Support Sefton
Struggling with your mental health? Â You are not alone. 1 in 4 of us will suffer from mental health problems every year. Â This can be across a range of conditions, the most common being anxiety and depression.
The cause of these problems is not fully understood, but it is thought to be a combination of biological, psychological and social factors.

When looking at how we treat mental health issues, it is important for you to think about these areas:
-
Are you finding it difficult to cope?
-
Are you finding the benefits of any current support, isn’t the right support?
-
Do you feel you’re living miserably?
-
Do you have housing issues?
-
Are you looking after someone else?
-
Are you looking for employment?
-
Do you have young children?
-
Are you lacking confidence?
-
Are you having suicidal thoughts?
-
Is your physical health poor?
-
Do you suffer from anxiety that stops you living a fulfilling day to day life?
It is no surprise that there is a mental health crisis in the UK and Sefton is no different. Getting access to urgent mental health support, seeing specialist mental health services and other support services is very difficult and waiting lists for local services are long despite often people needing urgent help. All this makes it worse and can increase your own anxiety.
So if you’ve read the list above and feel any one of the listed points can be attributed to you, it sounds like you would benefit from the techniques and systems that are honed by The Arty Buddha and you won’t find anywhere else.

We Understand
We know that when you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or any other mental health issue, it’s important to have a support system in place. You need someone who will listen to you and care about what you’re going through so that they can help you move forward. But sometimes it’s hard to find that person – or even just someone who will listen to what you need and not judge you based on their own experiences.
At The Arty Buddha, we’re here for YOU! We know our techniques work. We know how important it is to have an outlet for your feelings, so we’ve created an environment where you feel safe sharing your stories without judgment or stigma. You can come talk about anything with us – and we promise not only will we listen; we’ll do everything in our experience and use our proven techniques.
We understand the importance of having someone to talk to when you’re feeling down, so we want you to know that we are here for YOU! We’re not just another therapist or lief-coach. If you need someone to talk to, or you feel a family member or friend also needs help, then please don’t hesitate to contact us. They don’t have to be in Sefton as we know do Zoom sessions.
